In 2000, Zhengzhou Chida Tungsten&Molybdenum Products Co., Ltd was established, which is located in Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone and covering 10000 m'，Main products are molybdenum products, MoSi2 and SiC heating elements, lab furnaces.
In 2005, Zhengzhou Shibo Nonferrous Metals Products Co., Ltd was established, which is located in Xushui Industry and trade Zone, Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou and covering 20000 mf . Main products are tungsten and molybdenum products.
In March 2016, Zhengzhou Shibo Nonferrous Metals Products Co., Ltd merged with Zhengzhou Chida Tungsten&Molybdenum Products Co., Ltd. Zhengzhou Shibo Nonferrous Metals Products Co., Ltd was the main body of production and business.
In June 2016， Henan Shibo Tungsten&Molybdenum Technology Co.， Ltd was established, which was invested and wholly-owned by Zhengzhou Shibo Nonferrous Metals Products Co., Ltd. It is located in Dengfeng Industrial Agglomeration Area,Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, covering 60000 m. Henan Shibo Tungsten&Molybdenum Technology Co., Ltd has been a new production base, it is further expanding production scale and products types and can be better serve all of our customers.
